I have not attempted to clean either of these issues so with a good soak (after removing the buttons) she will probably clean up nicely

Shes in overall good condition with a few issues to note that are pictured. The bottom has some discoloration around the bottom. More than likely because its a long dress and getting water splashed up on the hem. This goes up about 3. There is also very slight discoloration to skirting as pictured but does not affect its overall look. I
